Steph is the newly appointed Flute Faculty at the Music Conservatory of Westchester starting in the Fall of 2023. She also currently serves as Flute Faculty at Music in Chappaqua in upstate New York. She additionally maintains a private flute studio of ten to fifteen students in New York City and virtually. Through their hard work and effort, Steph’s students have placed in various competitions and festivals including the New York State School Music Association All-State Festival, the Wisconsin School Music Association All-State Festival, the Kentucky Music Educators Association All-County Festival, and the Texas Music Educators Association All-County Festival.

I aim to empower my students with tools and resources for every aspect of flute performance so that over time, they are able to identify and address their own playing challenges independently. I see myself not just as an instructor but as a guide, assisting students in developing the self-awareness necessary to become their own teachers. My ultimate goal is to instill a sense of curiosity and self-discovery in every student, enabling them to navigate their musical journey with confidence and resilience, cultivating a lifelong love for music and learning in the process."
